Been with comGateway for the last 5~6 years mainly to ship things I can afford to lose(I had an incident where an item was missing once... contacted customer support and was refunded the value without any hassle). This time I shipped a $3,600 worth package and received it in perfect condition. I was worried about the laptop getting damaged in transit but repack team did an amazing job in adding an extra layer of protective cardboard box with spacers according to my request. Thanks a lot!
Unprofessional and slow service. Warehouse operation is terrible.
My package delivered to their warehouse on 10th morning, now it’s 16th night.
It’s been almost one week ( 5 working days) but my package not even displayed.
Covid or weather conditions or whatever are not good excuses. Very unpleasant experience.

i had the 'unfortunate', yet gratifying opportunity to experience the splendid, prompt and delicate customer service team from comgateway to remediate my shopped item from retailer. Jane and team from CGW just made my unpleasant encounter(nothing to do with CGW) so easily forgotten and i am extremely grateful for her and CGW!
ComGateway delivered their promise to provide cheap and quality shipping service. Their process is easy to understand and they have lots of discounts for new users—discounts that will convince you to try their service all over again. My package arrived safely and well-packaged. They are truly one of the most underrated shipping services out there. Two thumbs up!
Thank you very much to comGateway! I just received my first purchased items from US to my doorstep! This was my first time to order an item from US and I liked everything about the services, from registration to shop online and get my packages. I also chose their OneBox service that I can combine all my purchased items in one box to lessen the weight of my shipment and to save money! They got you notified when your package arrives at their warehouse. Fast delivery with in good condition. Very recommended for those who wants to buy from US stores and doesn't accept your local credit card then you can use their services. Again, thank you comGateway till our next transaction! :)
I was looking for help to return a package to my supplier and at ComGateway the customer support was helpful and professional. He followed up on my request and kept me posted on what I needed to do. Great job! The return was made successful with their help.

Frankly speaking that average service from comGateway is good. However, I bought clothes twice from the same shop and use comGateway to transit to my country, the original boxes (and even plastic bags) are missing and merely my clothes are in the cartons without any protection. No one box service request from me, but I have my clothes for dry-clean again.
Before Trying Comgateway service, I tried Myus.com and Borderlinx.com service. They both are very good and even Comgateway is also very good. I would like to say to all sitejabber visitors, Sitejabber review are very fake because It's just an open platform, no reviews are verified by Sitejabber. Any unknown who have not used Comgateway, Borderlinx and myus services they can come and still write here anything. If anyone really want to know who is better they can test there service. By my opinion Myus.com service is little fast comparatively to borderlinx and comgateway. But Comgateway and borderlinx are better with there rates when it come for saving money. What ever you people are reading on reveiw website they all.are story written by Competitor. And sitejabber don't verify the review, just sharing to world.

I have dealt with ComGateway a lot over the past 6 months and am relieved to say that my relationship with this company has now come to an end. Some things they do very well - the processing of parcels, repacking etc. done by the Oregon warehouse is excellent. The price for the quality and speed of shipping is reasonable.
Where they fall down is in transparency of pricing and in their customer service when things get complicated. I am, frankly, shocked at how little expertise there is in the customer service team in understanding the import requirements - this has caused me a LOT of headaches, asking complicated questions and getting generic answers until I finally got assistance from the Manager (Rodgelyn), who seems to be the only person who understands how things work.
The hidden charges are also just not on. Their website outlines fees and charges but this is NOT everything they will charge you if you go ahead and ship a parcel with them. You only find out about their 5% admin fee and how they administer that when you go to ship. On top of that, their online fee calculator is frequently overcharging you - I had my own spreadsheet to estimate the fees and charges so I knew what to expect before I agreed to use them, and they were out by USD200 in some cases!!!!!
Dealing with customer service is also very slow - simple enquiries take 24 hours and complex ones can take 2-3 days to get a response on. The live chat doesn't work at all any more and hasn't for more than a month.
All in all, using their service created more stress than it relieved, and I have now moved to another provider who does not charge GST (as a small business, this is much easier to deal with because I am registered for GST so should not have to pay it) and responds to my enquiries within hours not days. My advice is to RUN, don't walk, to another supplier.
First off, this outfit is the most expensive in the market on shipping rates alone. Second, they have, over the years, added and increased their fees added to every package, such that the shipping charge is only 70-80% of the total. Third, they "overestimate" the size of the packages that arrive - not by much - but adding a centimeter in dimension in each direction adds nearly 3kg to the shipping weight of each package. Please measure next time a large package arrives and see if you get the same numbers they quote.
Then, we come to customer service. They have some of the most unfriendly, passive-aggressive, unhelpful customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. My last transaction with them, my family had inadvertently sent some mail - mostly junk mail - to my comGateway box. ComGateway does not deliver "personal mail" - OK fine. They helpfully offered to fill in a return form. So far, so good. The next thing that happens is I get a charge for $16.78 - which I must pay or I can no longer access my account. I ask what is going on, and they say that they can only send return mail via UPS! They only bothered to mention this after my account was locked. This was not the first bad experience with their customer service, but it will certainly be the last. There are too many options out there to put up with expensive and poor service.
They take their own sweet time and cancel orders at their own behest. Made an order 25 November and it won't even reach my US address until 18 December, so no chance of a Christmas delivery in Aus. 1 other order cancelled despite me asking them to proceed and no response when I ask why. Must be another provider out there.
My choice is with DHL and they don't disappoint. Tracking is good and delivery is fast even on a weekend.
I'm not sure how did comGateway had less than 5 star ratings, but i do want to share my experience with comGateway customer service.
I bought maybe around 10 items from Amazon and used comGateway as my shipping provider. Never did i realised that the shipping address at comGateway had changed. I had contacted the customer service and this is the part of the response i received, "We would like to inform that comGateway made pre-arrangement with couriers to reroute packages addressed to our old facility to the new one". They had done an excellent job to provide after-service help to customers like us.
I had some bad experienced with other shipping provider and they do not care about their customers. One of my friend had shipped over to Singapore but she inputted the wrong shipping address. All i had from their customer service was, i had to find the package myself and retrieve back myself.
Coming back to comGateway, I had been with comGateway from maybe around 2011 and had used their services multiple times. They never fail to provide their service with excellence. Therefore, i will always use their service for the upcoming years.
